What we collect
- Account: your name, email address, a password (stored only as a secure hash), and optionally your phone number.
- Requests and messages you send us: the cards, your name, email, phone and message.
- Rewards data: XP, level, companion, achievements and battle results.
- Your wishlist (the cards you save), so we can tell you when they drop in price or come back in stock.
- Sell & trade requests: the cards you describe and the photos you upload. Photos are only visible to you and to us.
- Newsletter: your email address, only if you subscribe and confirm. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
- A login cookie that keeps you signed in, and your pile, wishlist and view settings stored in your own browser. These are strictly necessary for the site to work, so no cookie banner is needed. We use no advertising, analytics or tracking cookies.
Why
To answer your requests, arrange payment and delivery, make offers on cards you want to sell, run your account and the rewards program, and send the newsletter you asked for. Legal basis: carrying out your request or order, and your consent for the newsletter. We never sell your data or use it for advertising. Emails are sent from our hosting provider (Hostinger, EU).
How long we keep it
As long as you have an account; newsletter until you unsubscribe; trade photos up to 12 months after the trade; order records as long as tax law requires.
Your rights and data deletion
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data at any time. To delete your account and all data, email info@overdosecollectibles.com with the subject "Delete my ODC account" from the email address on your account. We delete it within 30 days and confirm by email. You can also complain to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (dpa.gr).
